Exhibition & Webinar Tue, Mar 22, 2016 5:29 PM
Insulation specialist Celotex is set to launch its ‘Insulating Britain’ campaign in spectacular fashion on March 4th, when the company’s custom designed double-decker bus begins a 50-stop UK roadshow.
The bus also features as part of Celotex’ presence at Ecobuild 2014 – the first time a vehicle of this size has ever been allowed into the event.
Aiming to educate architects, contractors and their distribution partners to simplify their route to regulatory compliance, the Insulating Britain campaign will see Celotex take part in live webinars, continue its eye-catching advertising, and deliver a series of one hour technical presentations from the pink double-decker.
“Our Insulating Britain campaign will ensure that industry professionals across the UK can easily access all they need to know about the new UK Building Regulations,” said Paul Evans, Head of Marketing at Celotex. “With further reductions in CO2 emissions required for England, Wales & Scotland, Celotex product and service solutions will continue to help simplify compliance to these new levels.”
With a 12-seat presentation area on the top floor, the bus provides a perfect venue for the Celotex technical consultants to educate a wide range of industrial professionals. And as the bus is kitted out with a state-of-the-art microphone and speaker system, passengers located downstairs can still join in on the presentations.
The three month bus roadshow starts in London before travelling to a number of locations across the UK. After taking in Leeds, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, Southampton and more, it will end its journey at the Celotex HQ in Hadleigh, Suffolk. To minimise environmental impact, Celotex has implemented a series of initiatives to offset more CO2 emissions than released – ensuring the bus tour is carbon positive.
With the launch and delivery of the Insulating Britain campaign, Celotex will continue to lead the education on regulatory compliance by offering specifiers and contractors industry leading guidance to aid with the understanding and implementation of the latest Building Regulations.
