To meet the growing demand for unique holiday accommodation, Willerby Special Projects has announced it will be launching a new range of high quality holiday units this summer.
Themed in either a beach or woodland style both internally and externally, the units are designed to fit perfectly into multiple environments and are available as one or two bedroom variants, with the option of three or four bedroom units also available on request.
With people increasingly looking for a luxury holiday experience, Willerby Special Projects’ (WSP) themed units are the perfect solution for delivering a unique experience that will also help command higher rental figures.
As well as being fully BS 3632 compliant, meaning the units are suitable for living in all year round, the WSP units are manufactured to be robust, highly insulated and with low running costs, ensuring a potential high rental yield throughout the product’s lifetime.
Phil Parks, technical sales manager for WSP, said: “We’ve put a lot of time into the design to ensure these units are different and really stand out from the crowd to create the holiday experience guests are looking for. The feedback we’ve received during the trials has already exceeded our expectations and we’re looking forward to seeing the new units being enjoyed by guests around the country later this year.”
With the trials complete, and processes and designs perfected, the units are going into full-scale production in May with a June onwards delivery. The official trade launch will be in July at the Willerby showground in Hull.
