All three flagship products from specialist cladding manufacturer Steni UK are now BBA approved.
Steni's key aggregate-faced panels, Nature and Imago, have won BBA approval (certificate number 09/4662) and join Steni Colour in this accreditation.
All of Steni's lightweight rainscreen panels are manufactured from fibreglass reinforced polymer composites but Nature panels are faced with natural stone and are available in five grades, ranging from fine micro to coarse tumbled, and 20 standard colours. ]
Imago panels are also aggregate faced but with ceramic coloured natural stone in 12 colours.
Steni Colour features a smooth surface of electron beam cured acrylic - 100% acrylic without the use of solvents - and is available in three gloss levels and up to 60 standard colours.
All of Steni's panels have a life expectancy of 60 years and are currently warrantied for 40.
They are also completely resistant to weather, water, chemicals, impact and fire (Class O performance) and won over other façade materials such as fibre cement, brick, concrete, plaster, steel frame and aluminium in an ecological survey by the Tampere University of Technology.
