Recording studio to the stars, The Old Dairy in Queen’s Park, London, has been sold by global property advisors, Colliers International on behalf of Liveprime Ltd to Westminster Housing Association for £4,950,000 for the freehold property.
Previously a recording studio, The Old Diary played host to Grammy Award winning recording artists, including U2 and Adele. The 10,500 sq ft complex comprises of a selection of attractive brick built buildings set across 0.24 acres, including two residential apartments and 12 parking spaces, the property has the potential to be redeveloped into a residential complex.
