InstaFloor has developed an innovative range of environmentally friendly acoustic underlays, called InstaLay which incorporates a unique Peel & Stick self-adhesive system. Suitable for most commercial and domestic applications, InstaLay reduces the need for glue, nails or grippers, avoids mess and delays and significantly reduces installation times to provide major cost savings.
Manufactured from high quality recycled tyre rubber, InstaLay reduces or eliminates the need for sub-floor preparation and provides excellent stability, comfort and cushioning performance. The rubber crumb granules retain their shape and therefore do not collapse or degrade over time.
Available with high or low grab adhesive, InstaLay is an extremely versatile product and can be used with solid and engineered wood, laminates, carpets and carpet tiles, sheet flooring and luxury vinyl tiles (LVT). Particularly beneficial for use with square edge LVTs, the InstaLay is loose laid, without bonding to the sub-floor, eliminating mess and open times and ensuring a rapid easy installation with planks able to be re-positioned, during initial installation, if necessary.
