A former Phillips
office block in the heart of Colchester has been transformed into a luxury
residential building with the help of Moduleo flooring.
Located adjacent to
Colchester North train station, which has a direct link to London Liverpool
Street, Station Square is a 67-unit scheme featuring one and two-bedroom

Around 5,000 sqm of
Moduleo flooring was specified for the Crown House Homes scheme, a 13-month
refurbishment project set to complete in Summer 2018.

The product was
installed by CBS Supplies, an established flooring company established in
Colchester more than 25 years ago.
