British manufacturing firm Woodscape has supplied a range of superb-quality, hardwood street furniture to Trafford Borough Council as part of renovation works that saw new council offices and a full refurbishment of an existing Grade 2 listed town hall at Old Trafford.
A landscaped space, located within the centre of both the old and new buildings, features Woodscape’s contemporary slatted seating alongside wall seat-tops to the sunken garden.

Woodscape worked with Grontmij, Adana Construction, 5plus Architects and Shepherd Construction to realise their street furniture requirements, supplying both standard and bespoke hardwood seating and bollards.

Hardwood is a construction material sourced from sustainable forests that renews itself naturally so it is in keeping with sustainable development.
