Lonza Wood Protection has just launched a brand new web site dedicated to its tried, tested and trusted fire retardant treatments for construction timbers and board materials – www.lonzawood.co.uk
Both DRICON and NON-COM Exterior treatments, with many years of proven performance, are pressure impregnated through a carefully controlled and Wood Protection Association approved process to provide an assured Euroclass B or C level of fire protection for a wide range of independently certified timber and plywood species.
DRICON, for interior applications, is the only BBA certified fire retardant treatment for timber and is approved for use by London Underground and for major rail projects. NON-COM Exterior, for full exterior applications, is the only fire retardant treatment accepted by the NHBC for exterior timber claddings.
The new web site highlights full details on both products together with treatment and specification details, case studies and a comprehensive questions and answers facility.
