AGM Plc came into existence in 1998 but traces its roots back to 1972 when David Taylor formed Acorn Mechanical Services to maintain pressurisation units and water booster sets. In 1982 Aquatech was introduced to the world and we were the first to equip pressurisation units and water booster sets with microprocessor controls. In the years that followed AGM acquired a number of companies and brands to enable us to provide quality products and services.

In 2014 Aquatech & Acorn were merged into Aquatronic Group Management plc to create a seamless transition from the Aquatech Pressmain manufactured products to the ongoing lifetime maintenance of the equipment.

AGM continues to acquire companies with synergy to existing operations.
